Overview
At Harhar Jewels, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, certificates, and proof of purchase. Customized, engraved, resized, and personalized jewelry, as well as gift cards and final sale items, cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We gladly replace items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the exchange process and arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
Gift Orders
If your jewelry was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may be eligible for store credit equal to the value of the returned item. If the gift was shipped to the original purchaser first, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for securely packaging and shipping eligible return items unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service, as Harhar Jewels cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
